At Shanixa, we strive to deliver premium-quality tarnish jewelry that you’ll love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Earrings (for hygiene purposes)

  • Worn or used jewelry

  • Customized or personalized pieces

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear unboxing video (mandatory for damaged claims)

    • Images of the product

⚠️ Unboxing video is required for any damage/defect claims.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer / UPI (details will be requested)

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect products received

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.

  • If approved for any other reason, return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Important Notes

Shanixa jewelry is tarnish-resistant but not completely waterproof. Proper care ensures long-lasting shine. Please follow care instructions provided with your order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
